Full payment is required at the time of booking.

The rental period begins and ends at the dates and times specified in your booking.

Late returns may incur additional fees.

1.3 Tuk Tuk Condition

The Tuk Tuk will be provided to you in good working condition.

You are responsible for inspecting the Tuk Tuk before use and reporting any damages or issues to us immediately.

1.4 Use of Tuk Tuk

The Tuk Tuk is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations while operating the Tuk Tuk.

1.5 Return of Tuk Tuk

The Tuk Tuk must be returned to the designated location at the end of the rental period.

If the Tuk Tuk is not returned on time, you may be charged additional fees.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 02 Day or more before the rental start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 02 Day of the rental start date may incur a cancellation fee.

2.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 03 Day after the cancellation request is approved.

3. Liability

3.1 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur during the use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Tuk Tuk.
3.2 Insurance

We recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during your rental period.
